It was out dated and dirty.
Disappointing
The lazy river is nice. Staff was kind.
The entire hotel is old and needs to be redone. There were holes in the bedding and on the headboard. The carpet looks so dingy, we had a suite and I didn't even sit on the couch because it looked so gross. The drinks by the pool were over priced. I was so disappointed in the hotel I didn't even want to stay by the pool the next day.

The bed was comfortable.
The site was under construction. There was no room Service. There "Adult" Pool was open to children. There were noisy kids everywhere and no escape. Had i known that the facility was under construction and a mess, i wouldn't have booked here. We planned on eating room service for dinner, but were unaware that it was not available due to the construction. I paid $400 for one night and it was the worst hotel experience ever. I will not ever book that hotel again. Extremely disappointing experience. The public should be aware of the current issues on site before they book a room for $400.
Not worth the cost.
They advertised bar at pool, bar was closed and very rundown. They did not advertise they were under construction when they started May 1, 2025. Resort was more for children. Slide was closed and resort closed at 6pm every day.
