Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak

Everything was amazing!! My daughter and I had an unfortable vacation. Thank you so very much! It was our first trip together after 20 years.

The location was good.

We had to switch rooms because the bedding was dirty. The rooms were very dated and not very clean.

The soaking pool was a delight!

Not much.

The staff location and other stuff was great!

I hated the beds. They were flinstone hard

Our family had a great time! Having multiple pools available was a blast and exactly what we were looking for during our trip. The water park and mini golf were very fun! We were able to order a microwave to our room which helped with clearing out leftover food. The grounds are clean and very well cared for. All staff members that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The water slide was only open 1 out of 3 days that we went to the water park which was a bummer.

The location is very nice. And the resort is a Nice size. The pools are fantastic. The room is basic and not worth that money. Also the Furniture and files on the floor and the carpet is all old. And doesnot fit Hilton hotels. The breakfast is fantastic and the stuff is great from the hotel and from the breakfast. The hotel is overpriced but I booked it for the Pools. My kids loved it.
