The staff. Very welcoming
The room service was out of 1/2 items ordered. The batteries were dead in both tv controls.
there is a fabulous lazy river on the property as well as a few pools and a spa next door that is awesome.
this is a very old hotel and not "nice" by any standards. we had water stains in the popcorn ceiling, cracks around the door that let light in, loud toilet flush, screaming bathroom door, dirty carpet...
Location in the grounds of that hotel were beautifully taken care of.
There is no key card to get into the pool area thus people not staying at The hotel are using the facilities. There are also way too many babies and diapers in the pool.
Liked how the room had a little living room area as well as the bedroom.
The tv didn?t work and the conditioner was empty. The water park was ok, definitely not worth the extra money.
The beds
Dirty pool area.
The pool options and the location. Fitness center was nice with good equipment. Having the Starbucks coffee option was nice.
No microwave in the room. Small room that was loud. Signage around the hotel was confusing and we had a hard time figuring out where to go to the water park and the fitness area.
Every single staff person (and there are many) had an A+ attitude and made us feel wanted and appreciated there. They bent over backwards to accommodate. Even though it is a huge resort and owned by Hilton, it never had that detached corporate feeling.
I like everything about this resort.
Water park, helpfpul staff
Complicated layout, undistinguished overpriced restaurant, suite very ordinary for the price
