AKASHA Beach Hotel & Spa

It was very relaxing. The designs and infrastructure of the whole hotel as well as the deco makes it stand out. The location is central to shops, restaurants and the dock for water sport activities.

One staff at the SPA was very rude. The spa closes at 7pm and she will be shouting at 6:45 telling people to leave. Unfortunately I could not get or book for a massage there given the unkind attitude. Sadly because I had planned to get a spa treatment.

Amazing food!! Taking dinner is definitely worth it as the quality of food was exceptional! Also taking a room with sea view is worth it! The room was cleaned every day. The hotel is very new, modern & clean. Great beach and pool facilities! SPA area and treatments were also very good!

Things I would improve: - Coffee & tea quality. - that its possible to get own drinks at breakfast - offer yoga/Pilates in the morning outside - queues at the buffet in the evening

I dont like cleaning service there i tell the receptionist

The food was really nice considering it was a buffet on half board. The location is good because everything is within walking distance.

Big varierty and selection of food but the quality at dinner (and the restaurant) wasnt very good.

everything was great but some of the staffs attitude wasnt the best at times

some of the staff lacked professionalism and empathy towards us as first time stayers at this establishment. didnt feel comfortable to let them know when something was wrong as they werent as receptive as i would have thought baring in mind its a 5 star hotel. but other than that its a lovely location and place to stay
