They had plenty of coffee and fresh fruit.

I understand it was under construction but the room wasn’t that clean, there was carpet covering a hole in the floor by the window, had to ask for fresh towels. To get to the lobby you had to find the unmarked wood wall by just pushing on things, signage would’ve been helpful.

Staff was helpful when we had nowhere to park

The pay to park barcode system was a real inconvenience. When we got back from a wedding before 10pm there was no longer a place to park. A staff member gave us his space. We expected a space for our $10 paid. Also bathroom shelves were dusty but all else was clean.

Staff was nice, lobby was nice

Dirty room, felt run down.. updates are happening which I get, but the rooms need to be better in the meantime, I still paid a decent amount of money for the room. Also was charged $15 for eggs and bacon at the buffet after being told it was complimentary.. and it should be complimentary. That seemed like a big rip-off but I didn’t have the energy to fuss about it.
