Location is amazing!

24 hour availability at the front desk; The use of a key card to access; The guy at the food place for breakfast was really nice; The location is convenient to main attractions and walking distance to some food places; I really appreciated the front desk person not speaking aloud that I was a solo traveler and did not say my room number loudly, I greatly appreciate that safety consideration; I appreciated the respect of the do not disturb sign and asked if they could send maintenance when something wasn’t working; felt safe at the hotel

A lot of the amenities are in need of updating; if you touch something the wrong way it could fall off or break; need better air flow as it had me sneezing the entire trip; even though you need a key card, anyone could ride the elevator with someone else and tell them what floor to get on and the other person could use their key card to get others on the floor; the water the front desk sells is way too expensive; I saw front desk staff give away bottles of water, I didn’t get one when I arrived; need better description of food options in the hotel, I believe that the way it’s spoken about at the front desk is false advertisement; wasn’t informed where the pool was at the front desk, they just said to sign the waiver if I wanted to go to the pool
