The Room was nice. The gym was nice.

I did not think it was cool to have a man try to deliver beach towels at 10:00 pm and again at 10:30 PM. I would have a concern if I were a woman. The staff has room to improve in the area of customer service. Transportation required to access Beach Pool.

Alarm kept going off all times of the morning Lights went out twice Room smell like mildew Trolley took forever to pick you up They harasss the hellll out of you over your wrist band Food sucked In

The beautiful weather

The food was not very good. The customer service was not great. My first room smelled like mildew. Had to call 6 times and kept being told that there were no rooms available. They finally found one but it took another 4 calls to have someone help us move

Beach area was beautiful a lot of food options close to Airport Staff was very friendly hotel was clean

Way Overpriced nothing for my 17 yr old to do Not many pool activities for Springbreak Casino charges for drinks Have to pay for bowling, smoke detectors went off all hours Felt like the staff spent more time checking wrist bands to fine ppl

Our location was great it looks better than some of the others , friendly staff

The staff was amazing, everyone from your cleaning crew two chefs waiters and waitresses and even the people at the front desk

The only thing I didnt like was when you were sitting on the balcony your vision was obstructed by a silver bar rail Other than that everything was excellent

It was too big and if you are not a "member" you have very few places you are allowed to sit whether a pool or beach. And not enough chairs in those sections

Will never stay or recommend
