The room was well laid out, clean and had what we needed for the trip. The beds were comfortable.
Staff were standing around talking although there were customers waiting to check in - apart from that perfect.

No information in the room regarding using the pool! I was interested in using the pool but too shy to ask so I think perhaps maybe could benefit from having a little bit of information in the rooms regarding that, opening times and if there’s lockers ect downstairs

We stayed here whilst going to an event at The O2, it was perfectly located to get back quickly. I added on the birthday package on after booking as it was my wife's birthday and we had a great room with a balcony looking out to the shard!
We were pretty happy with everything on our stay, only thing the water wasn't really hot on the shower on one of the afternoons.
Excellent location, a walkable distance from the West End. Room is absolutely fine and what you'd expect, swimming pool was small but did the job and was a nice way to spend our final morning. Staff really friendly and attentive and helpful.
