Very large comfortable room with bathroom well adapted for disabled occupants.
Only one complaint (not the fault of the hotel): we were woken up violently at 05:10 am by a council worker using a very loud aspirator to disperse fallen leaves just outside the window!!!! This ruined the nights sleep. Totally inconsiderate and unacceptable.
very good location
not very clean. I stayed for 5 days, they only cleaned my room once, and changed the towels twice.
Nice stay. Clean rooms and great location.
Nothing really. Ezcept for the fact that reception reached out to us while our train was running late and they waited to check us in at 10pm, an hour after their closing time.
The front of the building was dirty and 'reception area" was poorly lit.Service was Very basic. Staff unfriendly. We were charged extra 50 for the same room to have twin beds instead of a double bed
Location and very clean
Staff are not available at night, and it will be very good to station a vending machine inside the hotel to buy either drinks, biscuits, or chocolates. I actually run out of drinking water in the middle of the night, and staff are not available for assistance.
Location was difficult as the entrance was down an alley way. Entrance was difficult. My ignorance of French was a limitation although staff spoke good Englihs.
