when we arrived Phone was broken paint off the door no batteries in the remote very uncomfortable beds lil soft pillows need to remove pool off website the front desk girl was very unprofessional when i checked in $300 a night not to be satisfied no working bathroom in lobby smoking smell all over rooms was not worth what i paid they do even ask how was ya stay wet smelling carpet i could have paid $800 some where else got respect more for my money sad ripe off for a weekend

Location, near the boardwalk is ok.

Too many to list; however, hotel needs full refurbishment (and we even stayed in there refurbished rooms - they were still very poor), ok for kids, but very little of interest going on in the hotel. Carpets so dirty & stained everywhere, rooms not clean, atmosphere was non existent.

Room was great, staff was friendly.. convenient to the beach

Did not like paying for parking, excessive price...and the app to pay for parking, was a problem..

When our original room had problems they upgraded us immediately
