I liked the faculty and the outstanding location, in Vancouver downtown
None
Cool modern rooms. Very nice and clean
The showers were annoying. Water pressure weird and no shower doors. Along with no bathroom looks on the doors.
Staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly and made us feel very pampered. We love the elevator system...never saw one like it!
Location
They Doubled the rate on our second night due to Laver Cup and IDS show. This was ridiculous to spent $1200 on a nice but not over the top room. This is price gouging. I was charged $60 for breakfast that was supposed to be included and vouchers left on the table. Service in hydra bar was awful. The one bartender had to send another somewhere else in the building to get necessary ingredients for our drinks so it took 30 minutes to get drinks while we sat at the bar. The Outcry was closed with no explanation. Andthe white box lobby is sterile and uninviting and small reception room was hard to find.
