Beach House Resort Hilton Head Island

The location is nice.

We were not told that the pool & tiki bar were inaccessible. They were being remodeled. All they had was some run down shack on the side that was serving beer. The hotel looked like a demolition site. The rooms were so out dated & not nice. We left.

Location is great, the staff was outstanding, and the room was awesome.

After paying a premium price I was later informed that the pool and bar area were not open. Lots of construction. Our rates should have been adjusted to reflect the construction, etc.

Location to beach

Room was no where close to being worth what we paid. The entire room and bathroom could use complete renovations. Shower was a fight to start it. The entire place could have been cleaned better. Could've used a microwave, had to dump leftover food, which was a waste, I get they want you to buy there food and drink, but still, would be nice to heat leftovers conveniently. Some of the wait staff was downright rude. The tiki bar would have been nicer, except for cigarette smoke surrounding it. There were millions if ants around the pool, which made it uncomfortable to be around.

We loved how close it was to the beach. Incredible sunrise. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean.

Upon arrival, guest check in was not very friendly. I asked a question and she acted like I should know the answer. We ordered food and when we went to pick it up, the server was not very friendly. Tiki Hut was under construction so didn't have that experience.

Great location right at the beach, but dont go there while they are rebuilding!

Extensive refurbishment, not advised, no pool. Poor organisation
