our first night, the room we were told we were gonna have was given to another person. They gave us another room. It was "buggy" but quiet. When we came to the room the nest night the bathroom floor was covered in bugs so they put us in a new room.

Very old the door jam was falling apart, the tv didn?t work, it had a phone with no wiring to hook it to, the eating area was way to small for the number of guests, the ice machine was not close and stopped working

It was off desolate. The walls were cracked and the door did not lock properly.

Nothing. They would not refund us as the 4 rooms they showed us all had a very strong unpleasant odor that are triggers for our respiratory problems.

No provision for a refund even though the interior posts a threat to ones health.
