The hotel facility was nice; the location was close to where we needed to be; the size of the room was awesome and the bed was very comfortable. Had a great night sleep. The breakfast was above par and the poor busy gal who served us was amazing. She was quite busy and was a pleasure.
The front desk staff seemed like they were not at all interested in their job. Not the least bit friendly and mildly helpful. They really should find something they enjoy, as front desk certainly did not bring out their best.
No air conditioning when we arrived at 10 pm. And we were not notified before arrival. Wanted to ask for partial refund but their manager never answered.

Issue with Hotel Check-in and Refused Refund I was scheduled to check in on July 28th at 16:00 for three rooms. My wife, *****, and sister-in-law, ****, successfully checked into two of the rooms. However, they were denied check-in for the third room, which was under my name, because I wasn't present. They informed the staff I would arrive on July 29th. I arrived on July 29th at 15:00, but was denied check-in due to a "no-show," despite having already paid for the reservation. Even though I arrived an hour before the July 29th check-in time, my arrival still meant I had three days remaining on my original four-day booking (June 28th check-in to July 2nd check-out). I spoke with Jessica from Booking.com, who stated she would request a free cancellation, and I was advised to book another room which I did. She mentioned I might lose one day of service or receive a full refund. However, the hotel has now refused to issue a refund and refused to check me in.
The location was great, the hotel itself was beautiful.
The room was dirty and had garbage on the floor next to the bed. The ice machine was broken. Our room was not ready until over 2 hours after check in time. Staff was not very friendly or helpful.
