Very close to everything

There was no ice on our floor.. bar closed at 6 downstairs

It was darling! So cute- lots of photo ops. Most of the staff we encountered were very nice!

It was very expensive and having to pay for the pool seems crazy.

The atmosphere and attention to detail. Visiting this place was a bucket list and didn’t disappoint

The elevator was not easy to operate

LOVED our 1 night stay here, possibly one of the cutest and prettiest hotels I have ever seen, with a super comfy bed. When we were on route I realised to my horror I had accidentally made the booking for the night before, but when we arrived the receptionist bent over backwards to help us, and was able to reinstate our booking at no extra charge, so we were eternally grateful. Hotel is spotlessly clean, lovely rooftop bar and pool with great cocktails, amazing food in the restaurant too and all the staff we encountered all provided exceptional service.

Nothing not to like.

Decor, one of the receptionist a young female was great.

They tried to over charge me with my check out bill, wasn’t until afterwards when I questioned it they realised they made a mistake. They told me the money would be refunded to me and now a month later I’m still chasing the money and the response rate is abysmal!
