Location nice and quiet, still do need taxis to get to broadway etc, the hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious.
Over the course of my 5 day stay the hotel had taken an initial 375$ security deposit which I would get back at the end of my stay which was I was happy with. The problem then occurred when I was charge 250$ each day because they had “problems with their system”. When I was met with the manager it felt like I was a hindrance to them bringing up that they had taken well over 1000$ off me and no apology was ever received. I was painted out to be the bad person for querying why they had taken such a large amount of money off me. Still in disbelief to this day that the interaction happened. I then received my money back 5 days after this was all taken so I had to borrow funds from my friends when travelling. There was no regard that this was their mistake or if they could do anything to rectify, I was fobbed off and told to wait 5 days. Now onto the hotel facilities, yes this hotel looks very nice and inviting with all their lovely decor but if I can get through to atleast one person, to not stay here then that is all I ask. Upon arrival they give you “drinks vouchers” to redeem each day but there is so many rules to these. We had 3 rooms in our party and after using 1 token for 20% off, nobody else in the other 2 rooms were allowed to use these. Then at the end of our stay, you actually get taxed a lot which includes paying for these vouchers, that we didn’t want or use. The white limozene bar and restaurant upstairs was lovely to look at, but unless you want to pay 20 dollars for a drink, plus a 20% service charge then a 12% gratuity on your drink on top, then please avoid. I also need to bring up the cleaning services when in the room. We only seen a maid 2/5 days and one of these interactions was them throwing towels through the door to us. I understand it was only 5 days but a tidy up was hardly done. Overall, please spend your money elsewhere and avoid!!!!
Fun decor in the room and friendly staff
No water stations except gym and lobby. We asked 3 staff members about the pool situation and how it worked - no one had a clue. Shouldn’t have to pay for the pool if you stay there!
I loved the Barbie theme.
Nothing!
SUCH a fun and well designed hotel, perfect for a first timer trip to Nashville. The staff were lovely, free coffee/food daily voucher a nice touch, and the beds super comfy!
Only annoying thing was the pool not being accessible to guests around the clock - we weren’t aware so hadn’t booked a spot in advance (which was an extra charge) then it sold out. It would be good for hotel guests to get pool priority
