Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu BAYSIDE CROSS Tokyo

This is a beautiful well design hotel with a wonderful view, onsen and nice breakfast The room is big, the bed is comfy and the bathroom is very nice the location of the hotel is very easy to move all over Tokyo The staff is really proffessional

Location-away from the most hectic part of Tokyo but easy access into the city center. Beautiful views, nice walking area along the water, direct access from Haneda by bus service (nonstop after leaving the airport, with stowed luggage) which stops right in front of the hotel, subway access from hotel elevator. Restaurants and shops under the hotel. Reasonable size room (Queen superior), comfortable bed, great view, reasonable size bathroom.

Water wasnt hot enough in the shower at the highest setting. Staff didnt replenish in-room coffee unless asked. The room was a bit smaller than at a previous stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was nice not big but good size with a great view of Tokyo city. We got check in straight away at 1510 and it only took us a few minutes check in process. From Haneda airport only took us 20 minutes ride on airport limousine bus and the bus stop just in front of the hotel building. It locates next to Toyosu station so we can walk through exit 2b and connect to shopping area with lot of food and supermarket. Onsen is very nice but water not that hot however it is clean and peaceful. The breakfast was good with amazing view at the Penthouse restaurant and the lady service us name S.Ikemura was very sweet and assist us to move to a nice seating area. Our first time to try this Japanese style pizza and surprisingly its actually tasty. Good value for the money and this is our first time stay in this area and we love it.

Nothing to dislike.

The view and services are excelent. Easy reachable location.
