Monterey Plaza Hotel And Spa

We enjoyed the walk ability to restaurants, shops and other activities

I booked room for my family across the street from this motel and was told my booking was given away. But if I would have not showed you would still charge me for 1 night . Yet I was forced to find another room for my family w no accommodations from booking.com or the original property so I immediately book another room at the Plaza I paid online with my affirm credit card and since It would not let me upload to Google wallet I was unable to stay canceled both my bookings and I ahd to stay on the phone with booking.com for most of my vacation ill never use bookimg.com again ever

I like the location! The bed was super comfortable!! Woke up with no aches!!

The staff was nice and professional. The Location was perfect for us, walking distance from restaurants and the aquarium. Our room was clean.

I didn’t appreciate that. I was not informed beforehand, children are not allowed on the top terrace(which is the spa). There was a few people in the Jacuzzi and it was just my baby and I overlooking the ocean while we sat by the fire. My baby was not being disruptive at all, but we were asked to leave because there’s “drinking allowed” and “I” shouldn’t want to have my baby around “drunk people”. But children are allowed in the lobby area where there’s alcohol allowed as well? I was told I could go to the Terrace on the second floor, which is were our room was located anyway. No nice views or fireplace but there was a pool/jacuzzi.
