Like the location, views and cleanliness

The hotel is beautiful. very comfortable, clean with a beautiful ocean view. the Jacuzzi was great too. on the top floor with awesome views. the chimney was very nice as well.

I didn't like the Valet parking service. as we got to the hotel, they attended the people that were behind us first. I had to go to the valet desk in order for them to park my car. On our way out, 40 minutes had passed and our car wasn't there yet. once again I told the valet desk. another 15 minutes passed by and our car was parked at the corner of the driveway. if it wasn't for me that saw it. we would still be waiting. I told the employee and instead of bring my car to the front door, he gave me the keys to go get it myself and to bring him the tag. what the heck??? I felt discriminated. A totally bad service. This wants me not to visit this hotel anymore. The front desk was nice to us as well as the rest of the employees inside. That's the only reason why I give it a 9 and not a 10. I am very disappointed with the valet parking employees.

Location

I was shocked to see how plain the room was for a whopping $700 a night. The shower was weak, the frig was barly cold, the balcony was a joke. The bed was way to soft and no included breakfast. All in all very disappointed in our price range for a very common room. Stayed here a few times in the past but with the price more then doubling will not return.

Our room was faced toward the ocean. Also you’re right on cannery row when you walk out.
