Everything was excellent
The elevators are so busy
Parking is Insane. 40 a day for valet and 30 to self park but you have to go across the street. They charge you 75 A DAY for incidentals. The ice machines were broke. The pools were NOT heated.
Location only!!!!
The pictures on booking.com looks nothing like the room we were in. I was told it had a private balcony. The balcony was 5 inches wide. Open up doors to stand at a rail. That is not a balcony!I was lied to about the balcony!!! No fitted sheets on the bed. Just a regular sheet on the bed and woke up every morning with the sheet rolled up under my back and with back aches. Let the front desk know twice that the freezer in the little fridge was melting and dripping water all over our snacks. She said she would get it fixed. Never did. Rooms was dated and the table in the so call living room was wore out and old a dated. We called Hilton and ask about the parking fee which was not told to us on booking. The gentleman told us we had free parking with the price of the room. It was not cost us over 200 dollars. We ordered a pizza from domino’s across the street and the gentleman who work for Hilton told my wife when she met dominos down stairs that we can’t order outside food that was off the Hilton property that it was hotel policy. I like hot showers. My wife comes in the bathroom and with all the moisture in the bathroom the dated tile on the floor was like stepping on ice it s very slippery and she slopes and fell and she just so happen to catch herself on the bathroom counter. That tile gets very slippery they need a slip resistant mat on the floor.Very small tub/shower combination and the curtain does not keep water from getting on the floor around the tub when showering. Had to clean up water around the tub after every shower. I stay in hotels a lot for work and I have to say this Hilton was very disappointing for $500.00 dollars a night.
Location is great.
Access to the beach was limited. Could use a little updating/refreshing.
The staff was amazing! Always very helpful, cheerful and attentive. The location is perfect, not too far from the track with tons to do.
The breakfast options were very limited ven compared to their advertised menu, and very overpriced. The hotel needs a ton of updates to include showers, carpet, pillows, bedding. The rooms are very small, we stayed in a double queen. There was no warning about all of the stairs cases to the beach being down from erosion so there were only two very distant steps from the resort on each side, so getting onto the beach was tedious. The pools and jacuzzi appeared dingy. I really was expecting a much more clean, comfortable and rewarded stay for the cost and bazillion of resort taxes they upcharge.
