Relaxing small resort on the water front

Beautiful views, direct access to the beach, relaxing setting, friendly staff

- Noisy neighbours on the 2nd floor of the bungalow however the hotel staff managed it well and noise stopped the 2nd night - No hot water in the shower

This has been, by far, the best resort I have stayed in over the course of two weeks. The resort is about 20 mins from the port and 45 from the airport (we arrived here from Koh Phangan). We arranged for airport pickup and were met upon arrival at the port. As we arrived around 9:00am and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in giving us the full day to enjoy the beach and pool and bar. This 5 Star resort offered everything we needed to enjoy our last two days in Koh Samui. From the exceptional and luxurious bedroom to the delicious food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The biggest issue experience was only upon check-out which is further elaborated below.

Upon check-out I was surprised to learn that the backet of goodies received upon arrival were an addition to the minibar. Upon check-in we were only informed of the minibar and the associated additional costs. We were disappointed to receive all this items added to our bill upon check-out. Collectively in two days we had spent well over EUR 1000 and this left a bad taste at the end of a lovely experience. I invite all travelers to keep this in mind. I made a point to speak to the manager about this disappointing experience and the need for clear communication with clients in the future. For this reason I have it 8/10 rather than a 10/10

Great, quiet and well equipped hotel with very friendly staff

Nice place, well equipped and very friendly staff. Quite corner of Koh Samui.

AVANI App to coordinate is not really used. Information and requests: "we need chop sticks", "feel free to pick up our room service dinner"...

The pool vila was great! Gym was good. Breakfast was nice. The movie night on the beach (Sundays) was super! Friendly staff.

You will need transportation as there's nothing in the area. Very quiet place. There were often kids in the adult pool area and staff didn't tell the parents (shouldn't have to but apparently not everyone could read English)
