Breakfast was not adequate & not accessible the one day. Elevator broken both nights, 4th floor room. Water slide out of service. Housekeeping didn't come.

Got put on 3rd floor and elevator was down, not good for seniors. Breakfast was poor quality food, all cold and hardly any options!!
Nothing...we didn't stay there, asked for a refund.
The beds were disgusting and the room smelled of p!ss. The waterside and one elevator was also broken. So we left. We have always stayed there in the past, must be under new ownership as the quality of the hotel has decreased, sadly we won't be staying there anymore.
