location and facilities are good
Tamara.... She is dismissive and has a poor attitude. She has no people skills. Arrogant and ego-driven. She is bad for business. She is the only reason I won't stay at another Country Inn. Everything else and everyone else was good. She had the ability to fix a simple issue and she chose not to.
There was nothing I really liked about the property.
The hotel room was not the best and there was a not pleasant odor
Breakfast was very good, restaurant was also on site.
All
The price just for one night
Close to airport
Elevator broke after we checked in and had to lug all are luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Weird smell in room. AC helped. Desk seemed sticky. Didn’t want to walk barefoot on floor
the facilities were clean, breakfast was good.
The facilities were clean but elevator maintenance needs to be looked into. There was also clients in the hotel that were using illegal drugs. The smell of marijuana was present in the common area (hallway) and in the elevator.
