Friendly staff, close to airport.
Very noisy room (external from nearby road) prevented us from having a good night's sleep. The juice machine was broken at breakfast, and the plastic cutlery and disposable plates were not plesant.
Friendly service and help full staff
It had cold ac in the room.
The staff was not friendly. My son said have a good day to a staff and the response was “ok”. The breakfast area was steam wrapped. The counters, utensils. It almost like they did not want to clean afterwards. Bed was overused. There’s an actual indentation in the bed. The “shuttle” was dirty and not well taken care of.
The check-in process was quite fast. The rooms were clean and the personnel was attentive. The breakfast was nice and the overall value for money was acceptable. Very close to the airport, which makes it a great option a night before an early flight
$2.50 (cash only) for a small water bottle seems excessive, especially since they don't have a water fountain.
