front desk unkind and rude, terrible cleaning and room was not properly arranged

shower was old and didn’t work well, room was small and old, staff at check-in was rude

Super gym, comfortable room, for good price and for the cost of travelling little further. Not to forget the good breakfast. Solid offer, not astonishing but when compared to others comes out surprisingly good.

Street-side rooms were little bit loud - but the personnel warned me about this, so I assume it's OK. Hotel is not the newest but the same you may say about half of city hotels..

Spa, fitness center, nice hotel. Perfect hotel for a nice weekend in Zurich.

Room doors are noisy (once some neighbors were closing their doors repeatedly in the middle of the night which was very noisy). The neighborhood is not nice, quite poor surroundings. This is definitely not a place to stay a few months for the job.

Heating was not working at the rooms. Drain of shower was blocked. Too noisy
