I enjoyed the jacuzzi and our room was lovely. There wasnt the privacy and felt with the price of the accommodation I p

The property was right smack in the middle of Santorini Oia where everyone takes pics for the beauty. The porters do an amazing job and were truly fantastic. Property was modern and very clean and spacious. Free bottle of bubbles was a nice touch.Our suite was right next door to reception where the staff hung around out gate and entrance. No privacy and couldnt leave to door open or enjoy out the front at our table as the staff were always out the front. Staff on a few occasions even walked into our property. The porter was amazing and fantastic with our luggage. The breakfasts are very average at the restaurant in the same complex. Simple dishes seemed to hard to execute.

Our suite was right next door to reception where the staff all hung around at the gate or the front of our suite. We had no privacy and couldnt leave the door open as staff could see in and twice just walked into our room to replace cards. We couldnt enjoy siting out the front because of a lack of privacy. Also transfer to the airport was expensive charging $100 Euro with cash only. We weee offered by two other places $47 or $50 Euro. Thats a private driver too on a lovely car.

Locations was the best. It was central and easy to walk to all the main spots. Their ice machine was not working.

Ants on the bed even thought they cleaned the room and bed the ants kept coming.

Highly recommended for those looking for an extraordinary stay!

From the moment we arrived at Secret Legend Suites, we were met with nothing but exceptional service and hospitality. The room was immaculate, tidy, and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Waking up to the fantastic views each morning was an absolute delight. The freshness and variety of the breakfast were beyond our expectations. Every morning, our breakfast was delivered right on time by an incredibly friendly and diligent staff member. Her cheerfulness and efficiency were truly commendable. The staff at Secret Legend Suites left no stone unturned to ensure we had a memorable stay. We were warmly assisted with our luggage, smoothly checked in by the reception staff, and looked after by the housekeeping team. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and welcoming. A special mention to the hotel's delightful driving tour with Zisis and the excellent boat tour arranged by the hotel. Each of these experiences was enjoyable and added to the richness of our stay. Lastly, the reception staff members Fotini and Alexia deserve a special mention. They were incredible - always welcoming, always smiling, and attentive to our needs throughout the day. Alexia even went above and beyond and came from her home on her day off just to say goodbye to us. That kind of dedication and personal touch really set our stay apart. We were genuinely touched by the hospitality at Secret Legend Suites and can't wait to return. To all the staff, thank you for making our stay a memorable one.
