Good location
Room size for queen room is extremely small.
Unfortunately - nothing.
Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Policy and No Response I reserved a room through Booking.com, and at no point during the reservation process was it made clear that the hotel only allows check-in for guests aged 21 or older. I am 20 years old and was denied check-in upon arrival. This forced me to find another hotel nearby late at night, just to have a place to sleep before catching an early flight the next day. At the front desk, I was told that a refund would be issued and that I only needed to contact Booking.com to initiate the process. I followed their instructions and contacted Booking, but the hotel never responded to Booking’s request to confirm the refund. I also emailed the hotel directly explaining the situation, but received no reply. I tried calling several times, but the line is constantly busy, and I haven’t been able to speak with anyone. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a hotel with such a well-known name. Not only was their policy unclear on the website, but they also failed to follow through on their promise of a refund and have shown zero effort to resolve the issue. In the end, they charged me for a stay they didn’t allow me to use. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from a reputable establishment.
Shower space ridiculous
The outside and main spaces in the building are beautiful.
My room (the one queen Wicked) was the smallest hotel room and bathroom I've ever stayed in. My particular room did not have a mini-fridge or dresser with drawers for my clothes. Taking a shower was comical based on the size of the shower. There was no ventilation in the bathroom either. My bathroom floor flooded due to the shower size and lack of door. Luckily there is a shower curtain, but if you don't pull it "just right" the floor gets sopping wet. I was there for a conference for work and the hallway where our exhibiting booth was set up was very hot and dimly lit.
Great location but the vibe wasn’t great. Dark and felt like a factory with a cold vibe.
The gym is a partnership with an outside gym in the basement. Smelled like sweat, was dark and the staff snarky. I needed to borrow a yoga mat to do yoga at the park or in my room which I do whenever I travel and could not because of this and that’s tough when travelling on long journeys. O could have bought or brought one had I known.
Location in Boston
We had booked a small room but didn’t expect it to be as small as it was. The bed was not a queen it was a full size. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen. Ana the room was next to the elevators and we could hear them running every 30 seconds all night long. Didn’t sleep well for a room that cost over $300.
