Nothing. The room is horrible!!!
Everything!!! Not cleaned, bad maitained, bathroom with old furniture. TV doesn’t work very well. It is just a nightmare.
Location
Nothing was good about this hotel other than the location. The hotel is in a dire need of refurbishment. The pictures are outdated like Tinder pictures. What you see is not what you get.
Just the meal and waitress
Noise, filth, visible water damage, tiny bathroom
Check in was fine. And nice bar in the lobby.
Our room was clearly one side of what must have been an original room cut in half by a false wall. 1) The people in the next room coughed all night long and it sounded like they were in bed with us. So I didn't sleep. 2) Everything in the room was TINY. Queen size bed? Yeah, right. And the bathroom sink was about a big and deep as a laptop computer. Actually, the bathroom, with an incredibly loud toilet, reminded me of an inflight restroom on a plane.
I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t be happier. From the warm welcome and helpful local tips to the seamless check-in, the staff truly went above and beyond. The location was excellent. particularly appreciated the exceptional service from Caroline and the front desk staff, Salma. When I needed my dinner heated, Salma promptly arranged for a microwave in my room, which was incredibly helpful. Caroline went above and beyond just delivering the microwave, bringing me a kettle, extra herbal tea, and honey when she learned I liked something warm before bed. Her kindness truly made a difference, and her attentiveness was remarkable!
