The grab and go breakfast is very very basic. Also, it is not available until 6am, but many guests must leave earlier to catch flights or the ferry.
The manager and the staff were so helpful. You could ask them directions and if they didn't know the answer they would either be honest and say I don't know but instead of leaving it right there they would attempt to look up what you needed to know

The location is convenient
One night staff member treated me as if I was a homeless or something. As I parked in the back to be closer to the stairs. Also made a comment about my beer, as if I wasn't 21. Was very rude. However the other staff besides him were very nice.
Clean and comfortable. I also was super appreciative of the transportation from the airport to hotel and then in the morning from hotel to ferry terminal. The staff was great and super helpful! Thanks
Hotel was very close to the airport, shuttle service was great. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I lost my wallet at one point and hotel employee at the front desk helped me find it, I am very grateful for her help.
