Super friendly staff. Grand Class suites were awesome. Food and drinks were good. The entire property is spotless.

Make sure you make reservations for dinner ahead of your trip, unless you want to eat after 8:00 pm.

the venue is amazing and all the staff where very welcoming, engaging and genuinely cared about how your stay is to see if there is anything they can do better.

everything was in tip top condition and cant fault the property.

everything was beautiful and looked luxurious. Daniel our concierge was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to keep us happy and having a great time. Ruben the waiter was the best ever. The staff is so attentive at all times. the customer service here is the best Ive ever experienced at an all inclusive.

there was some work being done so that kind of ruined the videos I wanted to take of the pool area.
