This is definitely a 5 start hotel, staff treat great, the place looks new, food was amazing, over all excelent experience

Wide room, friendly staffs, almost everything(bar, cafe, boargdgames, piano, sofa and tables) in the lobby which is the cozy place to rest.

I expected more high quality of food.

Food was better compared to the other 5 star hotel in hotel zone.

Had hard time checking in. It was really frustrated. Had to called the customer service.

The location, amenities, restaurants and the staff were all great.

The lobby felt very humid and hot most of the times. Much more so than the outside or the rooms.

Beautiful location

Hard to order coffee via room service. The restaurants were very warm. In the preferred area, they should have pits of coffee like they do tea.

Such an amazing resort with amazing views. The staff truly elevates everything you experience in your time there. The amenities are so well taken care of and offer so much to do. We are at a different restaurant every night and not one disappointed, they were all so good! Definitely going back!

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the ocean. Breakfast buffet is really good.

No sign on butler on our floor if you pick a preferred room. Other restaurants at the hotel are good not great except breakfast buffet.
