We chose The Dreammore Resort because there was a lot of praise and hype over how great a stay it was for the price paid to stay there. However, I enjoyed the pool, the comfort of the small room we got (that appeared larger online), certain valet services (which I had never experienced before), and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We were also given a complimentary lunch before leaving because of a lousy dinner we had in the hotel's dining room.

We were there 5 days, and as far as I am concerned, it barely lived up to the expectations I had in regards to how it was described online. The staff were professional and courteous, yet our bellhop who brought up our luggage was a bit too over-talkative due to the fact I think he was fishing for a tip. That irritates me when that is done, but I didn't have any cash on me at the time, so it didn't really matter. The dinner at the dining room was lousy. We had an 8:30pm reservation, and because it was so late in the day, I was told the food was not cooked fresh to order. Their food was dry, and I actually got sick (later that night) on the pot roast because it was way full of grease. (However, we were later given a free lunch before departure for the terrible meal we had in the dining room.) Oh, also, there are no microwaves in the rooms, the coolers were way too small to put much of anything, the television was difficult to surf (particularly in finding the online guide), and the ice machines (for some of the rooms) were a mile away from the room. One other thing, for the price of the room and description, I thought we were getting a suite, but was more like the size of a small motel room. I felt like I was in a hotel.

Everything! The welcoming atmosphere, attention to detail. They thought everything through. Despite the luxury feel, it was extremely family friendly. Set the bar high!!

Room was well decorated and the bed was very comfortable, very cosy feel and very clean, the shuttle to and from the park was excellent, short journey and very frequent

Lighting in the room could have been a little better, only 2 table lamps and no overhead light except at the entrance, Restaurant menu quite limited during our stay as a mother's day special was on in the restuarant with fixed menu at a fixed price
