Excellent staff, very helpful. Excellent spacious room, very comfortable bed. Everything was great. Great location next to train station and bus station.

Everything was fine.

The room (405) has an amazing view. The assistance of staff helping answer all my questions was excellent. The location across the mall and transit terminal cannot be beat. I liked the breakfast buffet, too.

That I had to leave.

We only had one nights stay, which was a shame. we would have loved to have stayed longer. Room wasnt large but well designed. It's super clean and comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. The staff were exceptional, so helpful, many thanks. Breakfast was superb, wow. Close to train station (make sure you have the right one, as there are 2 stations). Vigo is great and would totally recommend this hotel.

Excellent room comfortable bed, quiet. Great shower lovely breakfast. Great location right on the Camino. Would stay again.

Only slight issue was we spent a little time locating the hotel. The hotel sign is not high up but on the wall by the door. Otherwise Great!

The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, I had a great night sleep. The breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice, and the view from the breakfast room was amazing. The location is great, directly across the road from the main train station. The hotel was great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel staff is super friendly and available. They kickly arranged what I have asked. Bed and linnen are very good. 4Th floor seems to be recently renovated. Everything looks brand new. They gave me a room with a beautiful view. Breakfast is served on a top floor, with other interesting views. Breakfast is basic, but pretty decent. Location is good, I could go walking to my work place, to several shops and services.

It is not completely sound insulated. Airco seems complex to be efficiently turned ON (someone had to come to my room to make it work). Pillows are too high (I had my own with me, therefore I have not asked a better one at the reception).
