There is a metal strip low outer shower.that could have been cleaned better. A brush would get in there quickly and thoroughly.

Location is perfect, price was lowest I have ever booked here (stayed here at least 20 times now). Staff across all categories/departments are amazing.

Room was very nice but the pillows were horrible. I left with a sore neck. Wish I wouldve brought my pillow from home

The lady who checked me in was a treat. From the time i walked through the front door until check in was complete she greeted me and was extremely up beat and friendly.

I hate your elevator. Once you enter that little box theres no stopping or changing your mind. You have to go to the floor you selected because there are no floor buttons in the elevator.

I never heard that breakfast was available. I liked the Sunday brunch very much.

The lack of information about restaurant hours. I did not find out about breakfast on the 8th floor until I was leaving. Also, the door to my room (818) did not close automatically.
