So clean!! Decorated very lovely. Very comfortable bed. And you got a coupon for a breakfast at Ricky’s. And the rubber ducky that you get to keep was very festive.

I would have liked a hand held shower. The shower head was very high and I had no way of avoiding getting my hair wet which I didn’t want to do. And if you chose to bath there was no soap for bathing. But having said that the place was spotless and the towels bright white.

How there was a door on the insie our room joining to the other room next to us. We could hear more of what was going on in the next room

We were there for cancer treatment and was very close to the hospital. You also get a discount for that reason. The beds were super comfortable

There was no lotion and the soap and shampoo was very harsh.

it was really nice having ground floor access as I was travelling with a pet. the room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy and the location was perfect for my stay.

The coffee machine in my room wasn't great - the lid was broken and it spilled everywhere when I tried to pour. I'll just travel with my aeropress next time!
