Paradisus Cancun - All Inclusive

All staff were very attentive. They were very hospitable.

The butler didnt seem to do much. On our last day, a rave party is about to happen so there were tons of people in the hotel.

The room was very good, we have upgraded to an ocean-view room. The resort is big, well organized and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. The beach is absolutely amazing. Clean water, sand and gentle waves, great for families. Color and temperature of the water was also perfect.

The quality/class of food in the restaurants can be much better, relative to the price. Amount of free seating and shade around the pools should be increased. I feel the pool chairs are intentionally kept less and without much shade in order to upsell the paid daybeds. Drinks can be less watered down and less sugary. Service of drinks around the pools and all over the resort can be better.

All the staff apart from a couple of staff were rude. Some of them were borderline offensive. Almost swearing directly at us because I are ordering a meal and a drink at an all inclusive resort. Someone forgot to tell the staff that the hotel was all inclusive

Absolutely beautiful!

We booked our room 8 months ago in the adult only tower , then didn't have one available when we're checking in.Said there was nothing they could do. We were hosting a 56 guest wedding party. I was mother of the groom. Only after my son got upset because they had also done that to 2 other parties in our group did they "find" a room in the adult tower at 11:00 pm at night

The staff were very very nice and helpful.

The facility seemed outdated. It was clean as best it could be but it needs a good renovation or something. And the food was just okay.
