Super nice staff, got upgraded to a better room. Room was nice, big and clean. Breakfast was good, adequate selection. Close to train station and center.

Shampoo was missing, but this was immediately fixed once reported,

Staff at reception was helpful; bar was often immanent

Reception staff were exceptionally friendly, kind and very supportive. We change rooms with due to technical difficulties. That was done quick and efficiently.

One of the rooms we stayed in, the electricity card slot was loose and was constantly shutting down the entire lights. Black-Out curtains had a big tear in it. Room deserves some maintenance.

When I asked the hotel staff to open my room door, as I had forgotten the key cards inside, the staff called reception to confirm, then asked for my full name. After I gave it, he told the reception in German that it was an Arabic name. I said that it is not an Arabic name, the point here is that he made assumptions based on my name or appearance. This felt unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. Hotel staff should treat guests respectfully without making assumptions about their identity.

Very dangerous bath tub for elderly. High to climb over and slippery. Only expensive breakfast buffet. No continental or coffee available.

Hotel was chosen for its proximity to the local exhibition centre. Comfortable and well equipped rooms. Friendly, helpful staff.

The light switch systems in the room is a little confusing.
