Real Castilha Hotel

It's close to the metro station but that's all, I would recommend paying a little more and stay in another area of the city

The hotel is quite outdated. The personal is not friendly or helpful at all. There's no safebox in the rooms. You have to leave your key at the desk before leaving your room, like why? The surrounding area is also filled with sketchy people. The internet is low.

The room its so good, the location and price near or many attractions in So Paulo

The receptionist dont speak English, its so difficult the communication

The rooms are very good with a comfortable bed.

I didn't know that region of So Paulo, it's full of drug addicts and beggars roaming on the streets. I arrived past midnight and even the Uber driver was afraid to take me to the hotel and recommended that next time I should stay somewhere else. I agree with him, there's no way one can feel safe with streets like those. It's a pity, since the hotels there seem to be good, there was the Windsor and the Apolo Plaza right in front of the Real Castilha. I surely am not coming back.
