The resort in general was really nice. Entertainment was good.
The check in took long, we were told they had issues with the system. The upgrade of the room closer to the pool and beach was excessive and the a/c in the room was noisy. No towels replaced from one day to the other.

Very clean rooms, beautiful gardens, food was good, service was good in the restaurant and housekeeping, but transportation to beach and pool needs improvement , the little train was very busy, had to wait, not good for deseable persons.
Since the property is very big, the distances are long and the transportation need improvement specially for older and deseable persons
