Mystery Hotel Budapest

Hotel is beautiful and unique. Nice hot tub and attentive staff. Wonderful big bar (Ptkulcs) around the corner with live music. Highly recommend

For light sleepers, do NOT stay on floor 3. It's under the "Grand Ballroom". You'll hear constant chair scraping on the wood floor (think, a cabin on a cruise ship under the pool deck). Hot tub is small and technically only 5 people can get in.Busy spa.

Beautiful property, really friendly staff and lovely spa. Close enough to walk to most places in the city and really comfy beds. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Would be nice to have some causal food/room service options when you just want a snack at any time. The hotel bar is lovely but the food is quite formal. Being able to connect to streaming services like Netflix in the rooms would also be a nice addition.

Gluten-Free buns, nice breakfast, very meaty. All in all nice combination. Small but nice Wellness part. People working there always nice and there to help.

Overall nothing really to complain about. About that gluten-free stuff. We asked about the ingredients, e.g. if they knew if it is baked with corn or rice flour. Nobody could answer that question. So that would have been nice to know. Idea: About that small table where this gluten- and lactose free food stood...we thought that all of these are gluten- and lactose free. Turned out, that it wasn't. So having a table where this food is to be found and perhaps also a direct small cards infront of it, what this is, e.g. lactose free, or gluten-free, would be a nice way to know what can be eaten by a person having those intolerances :) Most of the time you only find numbers and they indicate, what ingredients are used. But if that would be written down on a card, this would be much easier.

Everything from start to finish, we had the best stay. The Spa facilities are stunning, everything about the hotel is quirky and interesting. Fantastic location! Great customer service. One of the best hotels I have stayed in

Breakfast pricey, but pretty extensive
