The hotel was ok but not for the level that is expected. The staff was careless and most of them didnt care to be attentive.

This is the 3rd time Ive stayed here. Location is great and beach used to be great but far smaller and not as well kept as past. Good however was excellent
Outdoor showers near beach had barely any pressure and one was clogged and filthy - which was not up to star level. Beach was not cleaned of seaweed as it was in past not enough towels i- guests were fighting for them.
The kids club was a true gem , although my son did not want to participate.
My stay at Dreams Sapphire Resort was extremely disappointing. Poor service, unclean rooms, mediocre food, non-existent room type, bugs in the private pool, and unwelcoming staff. Hyatt should address these issues for the sake of future guests.
Restaurants going under transition. Staff not well trained causing a mess every evening for dinner. A stage for an upcoming concert was being built the whole week we emerge there. That construction noise in addition to the resort being under constructi

You can tell it used to be nice but needs a ton of upgrading. The resort is boring and dead after 5. Food is mediocre.

I love the hotel it was very pretty the staff was excellent. My VIP concierge was Victoria and she made my stay even 10 times more great. She helped us get excursions booked as well as transportation when it was time for us to leave.

The staff was friendly and so kind. We loved the nightly shows and our kids had such a blast at kids camp everyday. They didnt want to leave.
