The hotel is beautiful. I feel the history. I felt the room was a little small, however. Bathroom is dated. For $300, would have been nice to have a coffee maker. I did appreciate the fridge to store our leftovers and the safe to lock up valuables.
The room felt small and I am used to sleeping on a king-sized bed. The bed felt small for me.
comfortable beds and great views
bathroom floors are tile and cold
Some if them are friendly and some of them are not.
The credits that your hotel provides must be clearly explained to all guests. It was unclear and not aware of those until I went asked about why I has more money holdings in my bank account compared to the price it showed while I was booking.
Great location in a historic building. The staff were helpful and very friendly. We were offered an upgrade and took it. The room was very comfortable, generous in size, clean and had two bathrooms which made getting ready in the morning very efficient.
We really liked this hotel but it is very large so keep that in mind if you have mobility problems
Location was great. Loved the historical features and history of the building. Staff were great
The room was a little loud next to the elevator. It was a little expensive
Location and bed.
Would prefer a shower separate from the bath.
