Location and resort are very nice. Rooms are very clean and staff is friendly and responsive.
The specific 3 bedroom unit we stayed was less than "fantastic". The view was nice, but the unit was older, smelled musty and the kitchen was small with minimal dollar store quality utensils. I wish the resort would either maintain the putt-putt course better or install quality turf - it was mainly sand.

Nothing staff was on knowledgeable management had no clue how to handle customer service relations. Then in the restaurant hotel business for 60 years. Corporate chef for Hyatt worldwide in Ritz Carlton.
I didn’t like anything management had no clue about customer service. I had no hot water. My keys didn’t work 678 times. Place was dirty in a mess for $480 a night.
Swimming pool with waterslides was closed ( not heated)
Room location was excellent. Property was beautiful.
Furniture needs to be replaced. Dirty, stained, and broken chairs for a 4 bedroom ocean front suite room 1012. Couch had lumpy cushions and had to through a sheet over the couch as it was stained. There should be a standard for all rooms that are privately owned that are rented out through the resort.
I really liked the ocean view and the Italian restaurant, Delfinos. I especially liked the comfort of the room and how it resembled a harbor style theme. The lobby had a beautiful layout and design. My fiancé and I loved our time together at Hammock Resort.
