Waterpark layout and amount of slides was great for the size. Kids enjoyed all the attractions multiple times. Lifesavers are always aware of what is happening. Clean environment and friendly staff.
The Waterpark restaurant service is extremely slow. They cooked the food after we order it. When the menu is pizza, burgers and chicken tenders, having plenty of them to sell can make a huge difference.
We have been to the hotel other time, is good!
but this time the park was only open for one day of our stay. When I made the reservation, I asked if the park would be open, but they didn't answer, saying it wasn't. The bounce house also didn't work on the second day, and we had to pay extra. The towels had hair on them. On the second day, we didn't leave early, and there were no activities for the children. And on the day the park was open, the restaurant in the park didn't have any pizza to sell and was charging a lot, and we had to wait in line for a long time.
The property was large and the location was beautiful.
Nothing is open Monday through Wednesday and when open the hours are minimal. Lack of staff and/or lack of trained staff make everything move very slowly. The kitchen at one point stopped taking order because the wait for simple foods like chicken tenders and fries was over an hour. When we received food a lot of it was under cooked and could not be eaten. Took forever for them to find a manager but were very apologetic and refunded the entire check. Everything is extra, and there are no packages for extra things. It’s a pay per thing per person making it very expensive. Bring some entertainment for the children there is nothing to do before 11am or after 7pm other than spend money which you can only do till about 8pm and then everything is closed.
It was really nice and the waterpark wasn’t too big.
I felt like the indoor outdoor pool could have been cleaner.
