Loved
We had a few issues during our stay. 1 Food ordering was down lunch time. 2 Locker kept getting stuck 3 Bathrooms were out of toilet paper in waterpark 4 No dedicated tables for eating in waterpark 5 Lazy river was closed for hours 6 Kids were running up and down the halls all evening and late hours of the day 7 Food venue we wanted was only open to go for dinner 8 Someone was fighting when we got there and my daughter was really disturbed seeing a female with a bloody nose screaming at the top of her lungs at someone else. I will not be returning to this resort again
Air in room was broken and had to change rooms.
This is our 4th year going to Kartrite and as a venue for little children especially in the winter months we really like it. The water park is great without being too big and overwhelming, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are helpful. It’s a great little getaway close to the city - Kids love it!
The food and food options could be improved
