Kapalua Villas Maui

Location and views were amazing

The staff was not very accommodating. I needed an extra hour of checkout time because my vehicle broke down and they did not want to let me. I got 30min only.

We had a bay villa that had a great view of the ocean. The room was spacious and it had three bath rooms.

Nothing

The view on rhe balconies was amazing and overall this was a wonderful place to stay so close to a beach and right next to everything you need.

The washing machine was in pieces when we arrived and we had to call multiple times to get it fixed.

Outside the property was nice. The weather was lovely in the area as well.

It was filthy. Not what I was expecting for the price we paid. I had to sweep up a big cockroach from right under the sofa bed where my children were sleeping which was also disgusting. I had to do laundry every day during my vacation. I had to wash every single sheet, blanket, pillowcase etc.... I had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies just so we can manage to stay there. Literally wanted to come back home as soon as we got there. It was a big disappointment. We chose here because it had a kitchen. We rented 2 apartments and wish we wouldve just gone with a hotel. It was not worth the money. No one wants to be scrubbing toilets, tubs you name it during vacation! I took plenty of pictures and can only upload 4. Had to spray all our luggage and re wash once we got home in case we brought anything back with us. Dont stay here. Go with a hotel.

The view was extraordinary & all the staff (gardeners, etc) were wonderful.

A little painting touch up would have improved overall esthetics, but that was outweighed by the beauty, quiet, & convenient location of our condo.
