Location nothing else.

Noisy air con! (Like a tractor!), elevators too slow, unreachable, comunication, breakfest menu with no prices and very expensive, no info if breakfest included or not at entry to restaurant. Lazy waitress, long waiting time, some staff cant speak eng. No kettle, electric equipment are falling apart, (aircon controler almost killed me!). Not recomending at all! Expecialy not for families! Lighting works wierd...far away from EU standards.

Great location, convenient to the Times square, Central park, MOMA and many others attractions. Polite and helpful staff. We stayed for 9 nights and they were very helpful in changing our room afer we were accommodated in room in front wich there was construction.
