Breakfast is good! Location is good!
it was clean. walking distance to shops
It was hard to get suitcases up the stairs.
Location. Breakfast included. Easy check-in/out.
All OK.
The situation near the Church and the room.
Breakfast was good but there wasn't too much space to sit.
Easy check in. Comfy bed. Appreciated free breakfast! Good location.
The shower in the bathroom was slimy and smelled funky. You could hear the other guests in other rooms, going up and down stairs and shutting doors. Kinda a bummer but not the hotels fault.
The location is good. Easy to access most of the popular places. The breakfast is so so good.
1. Too MUCH LOCKS. 2. The maintenance of the facility. When I check-in, the ceiling light was keep flicking. By the day end, it turned to half light and nearly full dimmed. 3. The attitude towards customer service for individual staff is very poor. I reported the problem of the ceiling light in the morning, The duty staff confirm that they will check it out. However when I return to the room late afternoon, I found the same problem. I immediately go to the duty manager to report it. she insisted that they had checked it, and nothing was wrong. I asked her to go with me to check in out now. She present an unwilling attitude. after I insist several time, she then took a lamp bulb with her and went to the room. She then turn on the light and found that the lux was near the same as it was off. Then she still explain that the dimm light because we were comparing it with the sun light. I ask her to compare it with corridor lights. She then replaced one light bulb. The lighting was immediately changed. As there are two lamp bulbs for one ceiling lamp, I ask her to replace the other one also. She replied that she only has one bulb in stock and now the lighting was back to normal, she told me that it was all set. 4. The room is next to the main road, I can hear everyones wording when they passing by, also suitcase rollers. 5. facilities setup is not enough. There were five rooms share one lavatory.
Clean, perfect location for exploring the city.
Just one bathroom for 5 rooms, with toilet and shower in the same room.
