very nice hotel, nice stay
gym quite old, no kettle or similar in the room, surrounding area not the best
The space in the room and the thermal spa
The staff are very helpful especally as we have had a car breakdown and do not speak Spanish. They are translating messages for us and generally being incredibly helpful. Way beyond what we could epxpect - fabulous! We are stying here while it is fixed. Looks like a week at least!
The electronic keys. I hate these things across the world! Always going wrong!
It was very clean, smelled amazing. It looks grand, like you step into history, really great looking place.
Too many rules. Children had 2 times a day they could be in the pool, I found it unreasonable, my child was a teenager and very well behaved, yet, she could not stay longer. The free parking lot was behind the hotel, but to access it, you have to go through a narrow underpass with no sidewalk. And the parking lot was semi-wild, really an open space under a highway. The village itself - nothing to do really.
best breakfast in years,a truly well considered and comfortable place to stay, very well run with an absolutely brilliant team of smiley helpful people doing everything possible to make your stay as good as it gets. well done one and all and thank you. :)))
you would be a harder man than me to find fault with this place.
