The room was shabby.

Staff is great at front desk and at John's bar and pool Starbucks the pool area at sunset wolf Lisa's treasure the area for a concert Outback and location

The the parking structure and the elevator areas were a little on the dirty side

Location.

Overcharged for parking because room key did not work for their garage. Still waiting on credit. Housekeeping missed a sock on the floor of our room from previous customer. So how well did they clean anything else? Hotel in general is run down and smelly.
