The staff in both hotel and casino were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were large with nice counterspace

There was active and ongoing construction being done. There were nails and other construction debris in areas. The dust from the construction triggered my asthma each time I walked through the areas and these areas could not be avoided.

the hot tub was out of order, the place is way dated and we were not aware of the construction. I would not have paid what I paid for a place that is that much under construction

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I opted for online check in and chose self parking. Before arriving we decided to change to valet. There was no option for making the change online. Online check in provides a QR code to use the lobby kiosk. The kiosk was not working and I would not have been able to use it anyway because of the parking change that I couldn’t update online. With that said, the staff were very accommodating and the in person check in was fairly efficient.

Affordable room price

We were not told the place is under major construction, elevators took too long, only two working at the time, the checking staffing was completely rude not welcoming. Our room had non working lights , coffeemaker.
