Location, staff and great breakfast.

Noise between rooms made sleeping a challenge at times between babies crying and loud snoring.

Lovely friendly staff. Doesnt look like any of the photos though but there are renovations going on

The location was fantastic being a block away from the rail station. The staff was amazing, our room was a pretty good size, and the breakfast served each day was fantastic!

The elevator was very small and a bit slow it did work though.

Close proximity from the train station and close enough to attractions. There are also lot of restaurants in that area. The room was big and clean.

The room we got was facing a busy street, and the windows did not provide good sound insulation. I was glad I had my earplugs. The only elevator at the hotel was very small (2 people with 2 suitcases and it's full). Also, to get to your room, you have to use a bit of stairs. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom.
